Software: Lollipop limits ultimate utilization of SD card. Files cant be downloaded directly to the SD card from internet. Most of the apps on Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 uses internal storage as its default ( e.g. tubemate, xender, tottent, ADM etc). 

Storage and RAM: Only 10gb of internal storage in Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 is available of 16 gb internal storage. If you are a heavy gamer then it can be a great issue.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 App is not movable to SD card too.

Onle 850mb to 950mb (max of 1.1 gb) remains free without any background apps running. So if huge game like asphalt is run then only 400-550 mb remains free.

Heating Issue: Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Phone warms up with normal continuous usage of 30-40 min. (36-40 degrees) but when heavy apps which involves continuous hardware usage like camera (on for 15-20 min) are run or heavy games are run the phone heats up very much (almost 44-46 degrees),which is not likely to gamers.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Camera: Rear Camera in low lighting is not that great or its average. Grains can be seen without zooming, noise is more and pictures often gets blurry with little shake of hands.

Xender application unable to search for devices ( wifi networks).
