Apple Pay uses NFC (Near Field Communication) and it can be used only on the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus that include this technology. The phone will transmit the payment token by encrypted dynamic number while hiding the actual credit card number and it will be further authenticate with Touch ID finger print identification technology.
